Cursed Child

They were so intent on creating a pacifistic society that they failed to realize the wrath that such a society would cause. The people of Heaven simply refused to listen. They ignored our existence. They ignored our suffering. The Nephalim were hated and cast out from Heaven. The off breed was such a disgusting sight that the Seraphim had no desire to love the creature.

They cast the cursed child into the Garden of Eden as a punishment and sent the Nephilim into the City of Prague to beg for forgiveness. Three weeks after giving birth to Shemhazai, the small child had died of Cholera. Her part in the plan was clear; Shemhazai would die so her “great-great-great-grandson” could be born. The Nephalim’s hatred was so strong that they and the Angelic host traveled back to the Garden of Eden to execute the Seraphi. They all fell, and each was separated into three parts; Laer, Ichus, and Mehki.

The lesser angels which worked with Seraphi still live on, but none can access the Powers of Creation. The rest either simply remember, or were banished from one of the three part. Some few go on and build Paladins in Sanctuary and High Heaven. Many have moved to and settled in the Draphens.

The Draphens myth say that Shemhazai, even in death, held a great council of angels, telling them that one could reach the Powers of Creation by releasing their precious faith. Only someone who could master the First Commandment – “Do not harm”, to go against The Fallen Gods. To ignore that commandment would end in a deviant’s death and so, the angels agreed only one person could serve as an apothecary, and so, the order was cut down in order to keep the Four Heavenly Kings safe. In the Shrine of the Fallen Gods, for twenty thousand years, the dead buried alive as part of the ritual were ritually mutilated so that they could not be disturbed. Only one genuine tomb was available for them to reside in, an incarnation tomb which had been created from their souls and was consecrated with their most precious and expendable belongings. They are also the only real source of the kind of healing magic they are forced to use.

Part 1… kind of a mix of ideas.
